Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia (CSCGP) requests demographic information about every Member to help us better understand who comes to our programs and to ensure there aren't gaps in our services. This information is used for program planning and for securing funding.  Since we are a nonprofit organization that does not charge for our services, we rely solely on donations & private grants to underwrite our programs and we need the following information to remain current to help us secure funding. The information provided to funders will be used only in terms of combined demographic data of all Members with no identifying information.
